Allan Kent Jørgensen is the founder of Modulate and a seasoned executive search consultant with extensive experience in leadership, change management, and organizational development. His career spans more than two decades, during which he has helped companies across industries identify, attract, and develop leaders who make a measurable difference.

Allan founded Modulate before being invited on board as Partner at Peoplement, a boutique executive search firm, where he worked on numerous senior-level recruitments for Danish and international clients. Throughout this period, Modulate co-existed with his engagement in Peoplement, allowing him to combine entrepreneurial drive with international search experience. Today, Allan has chosen to return his full focus to Modulate, continuing to build a people-first executive search and advisory firm rooted in both organizational insight and human understanding.
At Modulate, Allan advises boards, executives, and HR leaders on how to align talent with strategy. His approach is pragmatic and people-first: combining deep business insight with a strong focus on culture, values, and long-term fit. He is particularly passionate about building leadership teams, navigating organizational transitions, and supporting companies on growth journeys.
